That’s why, in 2018, at the age of 19, Michel Raimondo created ImUglyButAiLoviu ®.

What began as a social critique of art and established standards of beauty and taste became a way of transforming something socially considered “negative” into something positive.

Soy Feo Pero Te Amo ®, also known as ImUglyButAiLoviu ®, challenges the idea that beauty, art, and value can be defined by your own standard.

In 2019, at the age of 20, he opened his first private tattoo studio in Buenos Aires, Argentina. One year later, he co-founded Studio Inercia ®, a tattoo and art studio that eventually became a home for more than 11 local artists, as well as numerous international artists.

After almost five years, in 2025, he closed Studio Inercia to focus exclusively on SoyFeoPeroTeAmo.

Through his work, Michel has been able to travel the world, completing 5 consecutive tours across Europe and South America, leaving his designs and poems on the skin of people from different countries.

Now 27 years old, Michel has explored a wide range of techniques and disciplines as forms of self-expression, including tattooing, poetry, painting, graffiti, and fashion. Along the way, he has published a book, exhibited his work in art galleries across Argentina and Europe, and even held his first solo exhibition at Artquemy Art Gallery in Barcelona, Spain.

Now, his work doesn’t only live on skin.
